IV、Descriptions of the entire product

This is the key device for the production of paper boxes and high standard paper products, etc. It is especially applicable to the automatic die-cutting and stripping of complicated paper boxes and cigarette cases to rationalize the production of paper boxes. This machine is integrally assembled, transported and mounted, it can be put into operated in one day, and thus the cost is reduced. The precise assembly and high configuration make it better than Taiwan machines and competitive with Japan machines.

Advantages of our die-cutting machine:

1、Paper Feeding Unit

1)The enlarged paper feeding head (Feida head) has 9 suction nozzles applicable for paper in different thicknesses and 5 paper feeding nozzles which can be independently adjusted for parallel paper feeding. It also has 4 paper lifting nozzles which can move up and down in a large stroke especially applicable for small corrugated paper. The large power wind pump provides a high suction force. It can be conveniently adjusted; paper can be divided reliable, and it runs fast and stably.

2)By the special secondary paper feeding and preliminary paper stacking, the primary and secondary can be shifted to ensure uninterrupted paper feeding.

3)To improve the working efficiency, paper feeding and collecting are realized by Taiwan dual-speed reduction motor which provides a long service life and a high torsional force, and it saves time due to its high lowering speed.

2、Paper Conveying Unit：

1)The paper conveying part is made of stainless steel plate to prevent rust and provide stable and correct paper conveying.

2)Paper is positioned by a pushing unit and a pulling unit which can be shifted conveniently for different specifications of paper.

3、Paper Die-Cutting Unit

1.Die-cutting unit eliminated castings wallboard due to casting wallboard has small pull, large deformation and without limitation, instead it uses steel wallboards like Japan. To increase pulling force is to increase pressure, and it is strong and durable, changeless form.

2.Automatic pressure control and automatic adjust compasses make the machine achieve new successes. This added functions, make it become the digital equipment, handling fast, convenient to use.

3.Taiwan high-pressure oil pump, use crush type for lubrication, reducing parts attrition and increasing oil temperature cooler to lubricant for cooling, on the main chain for regular lubrication, improve equipment efficiency.

4.It has novel drive mechanism, execute high-speed die-cutting, high accuracy of swinging rod platform and improve the pad speed (almost dont need mat), we should know, a lot of manufacturers exist pressure uneven problem.

9.When the machine produces high pressure in the high load operation, the independent oil temperature control device can guarantee the internal lubrication of the machine and prolong the service life of the machine.

4、Hot Foil Stamping Unit

1、The foil can step in both cross and longitudinal two directions (2 cross rollers and 3 longitudinal rollers), which can greatly meet different clients needs in various stamping.

6、Vertical and Horizontal Quick Changed Foil Device

1. Vertical quick changed foil device is on the operating side of the machine, which is convenient to operate. Adopt servo control foil system is contributed to accurate foil jumping step, easy to control.

2. Horizontal quick changed foil device: The foil bracket can be easily pushed and pulled out, and the new foil rolls can be replaced easily and quickly 5 independent feed foils are controlled by a precise servo motor, and the press wheel is combined with rotation to keep the tightness of the foil to be moderate, and jump step is more accurate. 7、Rewinding Foil Device and Used Foil Removal Brushes

2. Used Foil Removal Brushes: The foil removal brushes are driven by servo motors. These rollers are synchronized with foil feeding rollers so as to maintain a constant tension of foil.

8、Horizontal Foil Feeding Servo Motor System

Adopt motion controller, it could control foil feeding servo contour and track the machine speed variation timing, So that it could reach the feeding accurately and smoothly.

9、Main Transmission Section

The German machine usually adopts the gear type synchronous belt drive, and the Japanese machine usually uses the main chain drive. This machine design adopts the advanced technology of the tooth synchronized with the high grade German model. Compare with chain design, performance has been greatly improved. Noise reduction is the essential function of the high end type, with the gear type synchronous belt drive, stable,safe,no noise and long life. Avoids the defects that are easy to vibrate and stretch when the chain is used.

10、Independent Oil Temperature Air Conditioning System

It can help the internal temperature of the machine keep in a precise and controllable range, keep the lubricating oil in good condition, reduce the mechanical abrasion and prolong the life of the machine.

11、Electronic Control System

1、Establishing product technical record management system:

One set of documents for each machine, including acceptance certificate of assembled products, product delivery status, responsible personnel of product installation and commissioning, usage training and qualification certificate, warranty, record of technology and quality status during the guarantee and maintenance period and record of analysis and problem solving process, which can ensure guaranteed operation of each die-cutting machine sold.

2、After-sales service guarantee system

1)Equipment installation and commissioning:

Our company will send professional engineers responsible for equipment overall installation and commissioning.

2)Technical training:

After equipment arrives at your place, we will provide free training to two operators with technical training materials specially compiled. Professional trainers will be responsible for the training. Main training contents are:

Structure introduction of the die-cutting machine, structure and adjustment method of paper feeding, structure of the mainframe, adjustment method of the die-cutting pressure, structure and adjustment method of paper collection, installation of die-cutting plate and plate placing method, usage and attentions of various operating switches, daily maintenance and other courses.

After the training is completed, assessment of theory and practical operation will be given to operators to see whether they can operate machine skillfully and have understood principle of mechanical properties. Certificate will be given to operators who can carry out routine operations and maintenance. This certificate makes final decision on whether operators can become trainers in order to ensure the normal operation of machine later.

3)Time-limited maintenance:

If temporary fault occurs in mechanical system, technical service personnel would make phone call to inquire and solve the problem on receipt of your notice. For unsolved problem, technical service engineers would arrive on your scene within 24 hours if the scene is within 150km of our company; if it is not, engineers would arrive in 48 hours (only for domestic market).

4)One year of free repair guarantee,and one years of warranty, provided the spare parts during guarantee free of charge. and lifetime quality assurance:

From the day of your purchase, our company will provide you with free commissioning, maintenance and parts replacement service within one year, but we will charge cost of main parts if the accidents are caused by improper operation instead of mechanical quality.
